This crispy cheese crust pizza is super satiating. It’s my version of fathead pizza. The crust is mainly made out of cheese and prepared quickly & easily with low effort.

Instructions
Crust
First, preheat the oven to 180°C
Then, mix all ingredients for the crust in a bowl and spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray
Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes and turn the heat up a bit in the last few minutes to make the crust extra crispy
While the crust is in the oven, prepare your favorite toppings and the sauce
When finished, take out the crust, flip it and put the toppings on it
Finally, put the pizza into the oven for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese becomes golden brown

Mix everything in a small bowl
