Instructions
First, melt the coconut oil in a pan and fry the pork belly bits on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, until they become crispy
Next, add the sliced onion, soy sauce, sichuan pepper & minced chilli pepper and fry for another 2 minutes while stirring
Then, add string beans and stir-fry for 5 more minutes
Finally, pour the coconut milk into the pan, add seasonings and let everything simmer for 3-5 minutes, until the coconut milk is creamy
