- 30 gram coconut oil
- 200 gram pork belly cut into bits
- 1 onions sliced
- 20 milliliter soy sauce tamari, gluten-free
- 1 teaspoon(s) sichuan pepper
- 1 dried chillies minced
- 450 gram string beans cooked
- 400 milliliter coconut milk

Instructions
- First, melt the coconut oil in a pan and fry the pork belly bits on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, until they become crispy
- Next, add the sliced onion, soy sauce, sichuan pepper & minced chilli pepper and fry for another 2 minutes while stirring
- Then, add string beans and stir-fry for 5 more minutes
- Finally, pour the coconut milk into the pan, add seasonings and let everything simmer for 3-5 minutes, until the coconut milk is creamy
