- 80 gram butter
- 2 teaspoon(s) sichuan pepper
- 5 eggs hard boiled, peeled
- 10 milliliter soy sauce tamari, gluten free
- 300 gram string beans frozen

Instructions
- First, cook the string beans in a pot or in the microwave with 30 gram of the butter for about 10 minutes until they are done. Add the salt, pepper & cumin after 5 minutes and stir occasionally
- In the meantime, melt the remaining butter in a pan on low heat, then add the sichuan pepper
- Fry the pepper for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cut the eggs in half
- Next, add the soy sauce to the pan and mix it with the butter before adding the eggs with the yolk side down and sprinkle some salt onto the eggs
- Fry the eggs for about 5 minutes on each side on low-medium heat until they get a nice brown color
- Finally, place everything on the plate and pour the remaining butter with sichuan pepper from the pan onto the string beans
Recipe Notes
You could also use bacon bits and fry the eggs in the grease instead of the butter, or even wrap the eggs in bacon.
