Cucumber Salad With Cream Dressing
Instructions
  1. First, mix everything thoroughly in a bowl
  2. Then, cover the bowl with cling wrap and put it in the fridge for at least 45 minutes
  3. Finally, take a taste from the salad and add more seasonings if necessary

It is important to put the salad into the fridge for about 60 minutes to develop the aroma.

Creamed Ground Beef - With Cucumber
This is one of my experiments and it tastes way better than I thought initially. The basis is creamed ground beef. Here, I just added a cucumber to fry and some extra cream cheese.

Creamed Ground Beef with Cucumber
Instructions
  1. Fry ground beef at medium heat for about 10 minutes until it becomes nicely brown and crusty
  2. Put onions in and let it fry for 5 more minutes
  3. Now, the cucumber slices go into the pan and get fried at mid-high heat for 2-4 minutes
  4. Add seasonings, cream cheese and cream. Let it start to cook. Then, turn down the cooking plate to medium heat again
  5. Let it simmer for a few minutes while stiring until the cream cheese is dissolved and the sauce has a thickness you like
