Scrambled Eggs With Bacon & String Beans
This variation of scrambled eggs is one of my favorite recipes. The perfect meal after a long day when you want something fast and simple.
The string beans deliver valuable fibers and fill your stomach.
Cut bacon into bits and fry it for 5 minutes in clarified butter
After 5 minutes, add garlic and string beans and fry for another 5 minutes
Add eggs, put in the seasonings while waiting for 2 minutes
Add as many eggs as you like, an extra piece of butter, some cheese or cream.
