Keto Scrambled Eggs - With Chicken Hearts & Onion
These scrambled eggs with chicken hearts and onion are prepared within only 30 minutes. They make an extremely nutritious, saturating and delicious meal for lunch, dinner or even breakfast.

Scrambled Eggs, Chicken Hearts & Onion
Instructions
  1. First, melt the butter in a pan on low-medium heat
  2. Next, add the sliced chicken hearts and fry them evenly for 10-15 minutes and stir occasionally

  3. In the meantime, slice the onion into half rings and add them to the pan when the chicken hearts become brown & crispy

  4. Fry everything for another 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally, until the onions become golden brown. Then, add the seasonings and stir again
  5. Now, crack the eggs, drop them on top and wait for about 1 minute until some of the egg white becomes solid

  6. Finally, turn the heat up to medium and stir everything for about 3 minutes until the eggs are done

Instructions
  1. Dice the halloumi and fry it, togehther with the onions, in a pan at medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until it becomes brown and crispy 
  2. Throw in the eggs 
  3. Stir-fry everything until the eggs are done

This variation of scrambled eggs is one of my favorite recipes. The perfect meal after a long day when you want something fast and simple. The string beans deliver valuable fibers and fill your stomach.

Instructions
  1. Cook string beans
  2. Cut bacon into bits and fry it for 5 minutes in clarified butter
  3. Add onions to the pan
  4. After 5 minutes, add garlic and string beans and fry for another 5 minutes
  5. Add eggs, put in the seasonings while waiting for 2 minutes
  6. Scramble everything

Add as many eggs as you like, an extra piece of butter, some cheese or cream.
