Chicken Heart Burger Patties
These chicken heart burger patties are an awesome way to soften the taste of chicken hearts and easily prepared. They are extremely nutritious, too.
Instructions
First, mince the chicken hearts for 1-2 minutes in a food processor
Next, add all the remaining ingredients and mix everything in the food processor until it is a homogeneous mixture
Heat up the pan with the coconut oil in it to low-medium heat
Now, take a tablespoon to drop blobs of the mixture into the pan and press them down slightly to shape them
Finally, fry the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side
