Ground Beef And Chinese Cabbage - Stir Fried
This recipe for stir fried ground beef and chinese cabbage is very simple. The meal is prepared in 20 minutes or less and suitable for most low carb and ketogenic diets.
Instructions
First, melt the lard in a big pan on medium heat and start frying the ground beef while stiring occasionally
In the meantime, wash the cabbage and cut it into slices
When the ground beef becomes crispy, add butter, cabbage & soy sauce and mix everything thoroughly
Fry everything for another 5 minutes while stiring about every 30 seconds
Finally, add the cream & seasonings. Cook and stir everything for another 3-5 minutes on medium-high heat in order to reduce the cream
