- 50 gram lard or coconut oil
- 500 gram ground beef
- 100 gram butter
- 1 head of chinese cabbage about 750 gram
- 10 milliliter soy sauce gluten-free tamari sauce
- 100 gram cream

Instructions
- First, melt the lard in a big pan on medium heat and start frying the ground beef while stiring occasionally
- In the meantime, wash the cabbage and cut it into slices
- When the ground beef becomes crispy, add butter, cabbage & soy sauce and mix everything thoroughly
- Fry everything for another 5 minutes while stiring about every 30 seconds
- Finally, add the cream & seasonings. Cook and stir everything for another 3-5 minutes on medium-high heat in order to reduce the cream
