Ingredients
- 200 gram almonds
- 15 gram coconut oil optional
- a pinch of cinnamon optional
- 15 gram xylitol or other sweetener - optional

Instructions
- Put the almonds into the food processor and turn it on
- After 2 minutes, you may add the optional ingredients
- About 10 more minutes later, the almonds should start to form a ball
- Now, it just takes a few more minutes and the almond butter is done

This should work with any kind of nuts.
Attention: Watch out that your food processor does not get too hot.
