Instructions
- First, melt the butter in a pan on low-medium heat
- Next, add the sliced chicken hearts and fry them evenly for 10-15 minutes and stir occasionally
- In the meantime, slice the onion into half rings and add them to the pan when the chicken hearts become brown & crispy
- Fry everything for another 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally, until the onions become golden brown. Then, add the seasonings and stir again
- Now, crack the eggs, drop them on top and wait for about 1 minute until some of the egg white becomes solid
- Finally, turn the heat up to medium and stir everything for about 3 minutes until the eggs are done
