This almond butter serves as a perfect treat and is an awesome basis for ketogenic fatbombs. In addition, it is a super healthy fat source. Also, I used some stevia for sweetening here.

Instructions
  1. Put the almonds into the food processor and turn it on
  2. After 2 minutes, you may add the optional ingredients
  3. About 10 more minutes later, the almonds should start to form a ball
  4. Now, it just takes a few more minutes and the almond butter is done

This should work with any kind of nuts.

Attention: Watch out that your food processor does not get too hot.

This ketogenic "cookie dough" is super tasty. It fits very well with curd, but you could also whip some cream to mix it with. Adjust the amount of additional almonds you use, depending on the almond butter's thickness. With a blender, this dessert is prepared in only 2 minutes.

  1. Mix everything except for the curd in a blender for 1 minute
  2. Mix curd and cookie dough in a small bowl, but keep half of the dough
  3. Put rest of dough on top of the curd to have small pieces

If the "dough" is too soft/liquid, add more almonds or almond flour.
