Crispy Pork Belly - Oven-Crisped
This super crispy pork belly is so easily prepared. All it takes is just a big piece of pork belly and some time.
Instructions
Put pork belly into a high baking tray, with the skin side up
Cut a diamond/rhombic pattern into the skin and season with salt & pepper
Put it into the oven for 3-5 hours at 120°C
Then, turn the heat up to about 200°C in order to get a crispy skin
Recipe Notes
The rule of thumb is to let the pork belly cook in the oven for about 2 hours per 500 gram of meat.
