Cucumber Salad - With Cream Dressing
This cucumber salad is super easily prepared. It tastes best if prepared at least one hour before eating and suits as a nice side dish or snack.

2 teaspoons Salt 1 teaspoon Dill Pepper 15 gram xylitol or other sweetener, equivalent to 15 gram sugar (optional)

Instructions
First, mix everything thoroughly in a bowl
Then, cover the bowl with cling wrap and put it in the fridge for at least 45 minutes
Finally, take a taste from the salad and add more seasonings if necessary

It is important to put the salad into the fridge for about 60 minutes to develop the aroma.

Avocado Salad With Eggs & Pickles
This avocado salad with eggs and pickles is quickly done and very tasty.
It is perfect for meal prepping, as a snack or a side dish.

First, dice avocado & eggs and slice the pickles

Almond Butter - Awesome Treat
This almond butter serves as a perfect treat and is an awesome basis for ketogenic fatbombs. In addition, it is a super healthy fat source.
Also, I used some stevia for sweetening here.
Instructions
Put the almonds into the food processor and turn it on
After 2 minutes, you may add the optional ingredients
About 10 more minutes later, the almonds should start to form a ball
Now, it just takes a few more minutes and the almond butter is done

This should work with any kind of nuts.
Attention: Watch out that your food processor does not get too hot.
