This avocado meatloaf stuffed with spinach and sheep's milk cheese tastes amazing. It is made with a mixture of avocado and ground beef and an awesome method to add some more extra healthy fat to ground beef which is usually pretty lean. It is very saturating and perfectly suits a ketogenic diet.

- Next, add the stuffings and the rest of your avocado ground beef mixture on top
- Finally, roll everything up using the tin foil and put it into the oven for about 1 hour
Recipe Notes
If you don't have a food processor, just squash the avocado with a fork instead and cut the onions into dices. Then, thoroughly mix these in a bowl with the other ingredients and seasonings for the beef mixture by using your hands or a mixer with dough hooks.
