Instructions
- Microwave broccoli for 10 minutes at 900W
- In the meantime, fry bacon and chorizzo first, at low-mid heat, until they are half-crispy
- Add onions and fry everything until the meat is crispy and the onions become brown and get a roasting flavor
- Now, the broccoli should be nearly done, so put it into the pan, add the seasonings and again fry everything for about 5 more minutes
Recipe Notes
When you can split the broccoli with your spatula, it's done.
In addition, be careful with the salt as the bacon and chorizo already contain a good amount of it.
