Creamed Chicken Hearts - With Mushrooms
This is what I would literally call a hearty meal! The first time I tried chicken hearts, I didn't really like them, but obviously I just had to figure out a good recipe. So, this is one of my favourite ways to prepare them. It is an easily prepared high fat meal and pretty saturating.

Instructions
  1. Cut chicken hearts into slices and start to fry them in a big pan at medium heat
  2. In the meanwhile, cut the onions and mushrooms
  3. Put onions into the pan and fry everything, until it gets a nice roasting flavor
  4. Add mushrooms and fry for another 5-10 minutes
  5. Pour some water into the pan and let everything simmer for 25-30 minutes to get the hearts tender. This also softens their taste
  6. Add cream & seasonings and let simmer for a few more minutes
Recipe Notes

I, personally, wanted to have a sort of cream soup in this case, therefore I didn't reduce the cream that much. Of course, you can cook it, until you have a thick sauce.

I also added some shredded mozzarella, this made it even better.

Fried "Chegg" -Merged Cheese & Eggs- On Pork Chop
Bring on delicious! This fusion of cheddar cheese and eggs on top of pork chop with a simple sauce always makes me drooling. I call these fried, merged cheese and eggs a "chegg". Its bottom is as crispy as can be.

  2. In the meanwhile, fry the pork chop with clarified butter until it has a nice brown color
  3. When the pork is nearly done, put cheese into the pan
  4. Once the cheese forms bubbles, put one egg per slice on top of it
  5. Fry, until chegg is crispy
  6. Put sauce on the pork and the chegg on top of that
Sauce
  1. Mix everything in a small bowl
Recipe Notes

You may also just cook some cheggs and leave out the pork chop and the sauce. Broccoli or spinach also go very well with this dish instead of needle beans.

To the sauce, you can add some MCT oil or use seasonings like chili or paprika, if you like that.
