Fried Liver Recipe - With Broccoli And Leeks - One Pan Meal
This is my fastest and most simple fried liver recipe. Prepared in one pan together with the vegetables within only 15 minutes. Perfect if you're in a hurry!
First, put the broccoli and leeks on a soup plate and cook them in the microwave for about 10 minutes, until they are nearly done
In the meantime, melt coconut oil in a pan on low-medium heat
Then, fry the beef liver for about 5 minutes on each side, until it gets some dark brown color. Season it with some salt, pepper and cumin on one side first and on the other after flipping it
Move beef liver in the pan to a less hot spot on the side and add your precooked vegetables -including their water from the plate
Finally, pour the soy sauce on top of the vegetables and fry them for about 5 minutes while stiring
This baked eggs recipe with avocado and crispy fried streaky bacon is super tasty and prepared easily within 30 minutes. It makes a great breakfast as well as a nice main or side dish and can easily be cooked in large amounts as long as everything fits on your baking tray.
First, preheat your oven to about 180°C (350°F) and fry the bacon in a pan on low-medium heat for 5-10 minutes until it is crispy
Then, place the avocado slices evenly on a baking tray
Now, add the crispy bacon bits, drop the eggs on top of everything and season it with salt & pepper
Finally, put the baking tray into the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the eggs are done
Recipe Notes
Basically, you can use as much eggs, avocado and bacon as you want.
I like to add some low carb ketchup and mayonnaise on the side too, but it is not mandatory.
You may also spice this dish up by adding dried chili flakes.
If you want the meal to be more saturating you could also add some shredded cheese before putting the baking tray into the oven. Gouda or cheddar cheese would fit pretty well.
This recipe for cheesy string beans & chorizo salami is very simple and takes only 30 minutes to prepare. In addition, it is very saturating and can also be made with any type of high fat cheese, meat or other vegetables.
In the meantime, melt the butter in an oven suitable pan at low-medium heat and start to fry the chorizo for about 5 minutes
Now, cut the gouda cheese into slices
When the chorizo salami becomes crispy, add the string beans & seasonings and fry everything for 5 more minutes on medium heat while stiring occasionally
Finally, add the sliced cheese on top and put the pan into the oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes stringy
