Fried Liver Recipe - With Broccoli And Leeks - One Pan Meal
This is my fastest and most simple fried liver recipe. Prepared in one pan together with the vegetables within only 15 minutes. Perfect if you're in a hurry!
First, put the broccoli and leeks on a soup plate and cook them in the microwave for about 10 minutes, until they are nearly done
In the meantime, melt coconut oil in a pan on low-medium heat
Then, fry the beef liver for about 5 minutes on each side, until it gets some dark brown color. Season it with some salt, pepper and cumin on one side first and on the other after flipping it
Move beef liver in the pan to a less hot spot on the side and add your precooked vegetables -including their water from the plate
Finally, pour the soy sauce on top of the vegetables and fry them for about 5 minutes while stiring
This recipe for cheesy string beans & chorizo salami is very simple and takes only 30 minutes to prepare. In addition, it is very saturating and can also be made with any type of high fat cheese, meat or other vegetables.
In the meantime, melt the butter in an oven suitable pan at low-medium heat and start to fry the chorizo for about 5 minutes
Now, cut the gouda cheese into slices
When the chorizo salami becomes crispy, add the string beans & seasonings and fry everything for 5 more minutes on medium heat while stiring occasionally
Finally, add the sliced cheese on top and put the pan into the oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes stringy
This recipe for seared beef liver is super simple and fast. The preparation takes only 20 minutes. In addition, liver is a great source of healthy nutrients.
First, melt the coconut oil in a pan on medium-high heat and cut the beef liver into very thin slices
Now, add the liver to the pan and sear it for about 3 minutes on each side
In the meantime, start to boil the eggs in a pot for about 7 minutes
When the liver is done, add the cooked brussel sprouts & all seasonings to the pan and fry everything for 7-10 minutes on low-medium heat while stirring occasionally
Finally, peel the eggs, cut them in half, place everything on the plate and sprinkle some salt over the eggs
Recipe Notes
I used frozen brussel sprouts and thawed them in the microwave for 10 minutes, while the liver and eggs were cooking.
You could also use fresh ones and cook them in advance to preparing the liver.
