This tasty and filling recipe features scrambled eggs, chorizo, mushrooms and is accented with sautéed onion and pepper. Feel free to increase or decrease the amount of eggs or onion in accordance with your taste.
Cut chorizo slices into bits and fry them for 5 minutes at medium heat
Add onion slices and fry for another 3 minutes
Now, you put in the mushrooms and the butter
Let it fry until the mushrooms get a nice brown color
Then, add the eggs and seasonings
Stir-fry everything for a few minutes
