Instructions
  1. First, cook the string beans in a pot or in the microwave with 30 gram of the butter for about 10 minutes until they are done. Add the salt, pepper & cumin after 5 minutes and stir occasionally
  2. In the meantime, melt the remaining butter in a pan on low heat, then add the sichuan pepper

  3. Fry the pepper for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cut the eggs in half
  4. Next, add the soy sauce to the pan and mix it with the butter before adding the eggs with the yolk side down and sprinkle some salt onto the eggs

  5. Fry the eggs for about 5 minutes on each side on low-medium heat until they get a nice brown color

  6. Finally, place everything on the plate and pour the remaining butter with sichuan pepper from the pan onto the string beans

You could also use bacon bits and fry the eggs in the grease instead of the butter, or even wrap the eggs in bacon.

  1. First, put the broccoli and leeks on a soup plate and cook them in the microwave for about 10 minutes, until they are nearly done
  2. In the meantime, melt coconut oil in a pan on low-medium heat
  3. Then, fry the beef liver for about 5 minutes on each side, until it gets some dark brown color. Season it with some salt, pepper and cumin on one side first and on the other after flipping it
  4. Move beef liver in the pan to a less hot spot on the side and add your precooked vegetables -including their water from the plate
  5. Finally, pour the soy sauce on top of the vegetables and fry them for about 5 minutes while stiring

  1. First, preheat your oven to 180°C
  2. In the meantime, melt the butter in an oven suitable pan at low-medium heat and start to fry the chorizo for about 5 minutes
  3. Now, cut the gouda cheese into slices
  4. When the chorizo salami becomes crispy, add the string beans & seasonings and fry everything for 5 more minutes on medium heat while stiring occasionally
  5. Finally, add the sliced cheese on top and put the pan into the oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes stringy
