Fried Boiled Eggs with String Beans
Instructions
  1. First, cook the string beans in a pot or in the microwave with 30 gram of the butter for about 10 minutes until they are done. Add the salt, pepper & cumin after 5 minutes and stir occasionally
  2. In the meantime, melt the remaining butter in a pan on low heat, then add the sichuan pepper

  3. Fry the pepper for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cut the eggs in half
  4. Next, add the soy sauce to the pan and mix it with the butter before adding the eggs with the yolk side down and sprinkle some salt onto the eggs

  5. Fry the eggs for about 5 minutes on each side on low-medium heat until they get a nice brown color

  6. Finally, place everything on the plate and pour the remaining butter with sichuan pepper from the pan onto the string beans
Recipe Notes

You could also use bacon bits and fry the eggs in the grease instead of the butter, or even wrap the eggs in bacon.

  1. Please start to prepare the bratwurst sausages first. Then, melt the coconut oil in a second pan on low-medium heat
  2. Next, add the onion slices and fry them for about 5 minutes until they become golden brown

  4. Finally, fry the shrimps for about 10 minutes, add lemon juice, garlic powder and a pinch of pepper, stir everything and cook it for 2 more minutes until most of the water is dissolved
Bratwurst and Eggs
  1. First, melt coconut oil in a pan on low heat
  2. Then, put the bratwurst sausages into the pan and fry them on each side for about 10 minutes with a lid on
  3. After about 10 minutes -while the sausages and shrimps are frying- boil the eggs in a pot with water or with an egg boiler. When they are done, peel them and sprinkle some salt on top

  1. First, put the eggs into a pot, add as much water as needed until they are completely covered and start to boil them on medium heat for 10-15 minutes

  2. In the meantime, cut pickles, shallots and onion in half and slice them in order to get half rings. Put everything into a big bowl
  3. Next, use a spoon to thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, mustard, MCT oil & all seasonings in a small bowl, add the mixture to the bigger bowl and mix it with the other ingredients
  4. When the eggs are done, chill them by pouring out all the water, filling the pot with cold water until the eggs are covered and pouring it out again. Repeat this about 5 times
  5. Now, peel the eggs and cut them into rough pieces
