This ground beef tuna burger is very easy to prepare and tastes delicious. In addition, it is very satiating and suits perfectly for a low carb, ketogenic or paleo diet. Also, the preparation only takes about 20 minutes.
First, open the tuna can and squeeze out as much water as possible from the tuna
Next, add the tuna, ground beef and seasonings to a bowl
Mix everything thoroughly, until it looks like in the next picture
Then, form your burger patties from the mixture
Now, fry the patties in a pan at low-mid heat with some lard, coconut oil or ghee.
First, fry them on one side for 2-3 minutes, depending on the thickness, then flip them.
After 1-2 minutes, put a slice of cheese on top of each patty and a lid on the pan to melt the cheese

These chocolate nut butter fatbombs taste heavenly and serve as an awesome ketogenic snack or dessert. The nut butter is made with different types of nuts and the fluffy whipped cream makes these fatbombs even better.
Put all ingredients for the chocolate nut butter into your food processor and make a nut butter with them

Fluffy whipped cream
Pour the cream into a bowl and whip it
Next, add the cream cheese and whip it again -carefully, at a low speed of rotation- for about 30 seconds
Final Steps
Fill some molds with layers of the chocolate nut butter and fluffy whipped cream
Feel free to be creative about how many layers you want to do, if at all
Finally, put the molds into the freezer for at least 1 hour
